Lucidosophy
Lucidosophy is a postulate-driven philosophical framework for understanding reality across all domains. It is not religion, not ideology, not self-help: it is a system of postulates that can be examined, challenged, and refined. The Institute of Lucidity exists to apply this framework to research in prediction markets, finance, AI, and other disciplines.

The Six Foundational Postulates
These postulates use the language of the framework itself. "Reality" refers to the unified ground of being. "Pattern" is the intelligible aspect that can be formalised; "Mystery" is the ineffable aspect that cannot. "Unfolding" is how Reality manifests into diverse, finite modes of being.
Postulate One — Reality
There exists a unified ground of reality. All that exists is a mode of Reality's unfolding. Nothing exists outside Reality.
Postulate Two — Unfolding
Reality necessarily unfolds into infinitely diverse modes. Unfolding produces real, irreducible differences.
Postulate Three — Dual Aspect
Reality necessarily possesses both an intelligible aspect (Pattern) and an ineffable aspect (Mystery). The two are interwoven rather than mutually exclusive, neither reducible to the other, nor separable. Reality is greater than the sum of Pattern and Mystery.
Postulate Four — Finitude
Any particular mode of unfolding is finite — it exists in a particular way and therefore does not exist in other ways.
Postulate Five — Experience
Finite, embodied agents possess irreducible first-person experience.
Postulate Six — Cognitive Finitude
Any mode of Reality's unfolding can only partially know Reality.
