LucidiFinance

LucidiFinance is the Institute's program on financial theory built from first principles. Rather than assembling models from ad hoc assumptions, it derives the structure of markets, risk, and value from the foundational postulates of Lucidosophy.

About this book

The Finance Book applies the Lucidosophy framework to financial systems. It treats markets, risk, valuation, liquidity, and capital allocation as consequences of a small set of postulates about pattern, uncertainty, and the limits of knowledge, rather than as a collection of separately motivated models. The goal is a coherent, examinable account of how financial value forms and how it can fail to be informative.

Scope

Planned threads include the microstructure of price formation, risk and its measurement, the relationship between information and value, and the conditions under which financial prices remain trustworthy signals. The work connects directly to the Institute's prediction-market research.

This manuscript is in active development as a core applied work of the Lucidosophy framework. Draft chapters will be published here as they are finalized.
